Personnel from the 60th Aerial Port Squadron and medical personnel from the COVID West Aeromedical Evacuation Task Force secure a Transport Isolation System capsule in the cargo bay of a C-17 Globemaster III May 9, 2020, at Travis Air Force Base, California. Travis AFB has a C-17 loaded with a TIS capsule on alert status to ensure the aircraft is ready to launch at a moment’s notice.
