Travis starts demolition to make way for KC-46 hangar

A military contractor uses a pavement breaker to clear out the concrete foundation outside of an aircraft hangar at Travis Air Force, Base California, June 29, 2020. The contractors began demolition on the hangar, which is the last of five buildings slated to be demolished, to make room for a three-bay maintenance hangar that will house Travis AFB’s incoming inventory of KC-46A Pegasus aircraft.
