The Travis Air Force Base Air Show aims to provide opportunities for education and generate interest in the military and its role in national security. By attending the air show and visiting the base, spectators get a unique and close look at the crucial capabilities and preparedness of our armed forces. One of the natural aims of the show is thus to support military recruiting and retention. Special areas will be available for recruiters from different branches of the military directly at the event, so come and visit.

In addition to many flight and static displays, Travis Air Force Base Air Show 2017 will offer a number of specific opportunities for media such as the media flight, participants' arrivals, performers' and organizers' personal interviews.
