Do you have a concern about your care?  Your DGMC Patient Advocate can address concerns about access, patient care, or other subjects that may be important to you.  Simply call us at (707) 423-2388 Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  However, if you don't wish to address your concerns to this office directly, any patient, family member or employee with a concern about the safety or quality of care provided at DGMC can contact the Joint Commission Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Central Time) toll free at 1(800) 994-6610.
