Travis honors fallen service members, Gold Star families with Run for the Fallen

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. – Airmen from Travis Air Force Base, Calif., honored 765 fallen California service members and their families with the 7th Annual California Run for the Fallen Oct. 12 - 14. The 150-mile honor run took runners through 23 towns and ended at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, California. The closing ceremony featured a ceremonial flag placement, guest speakers and the playing of "Taps." |
