DDRP’s mission is to prevent the use of illicit drugs among military personnel, Civil Service Employees, NAF personnel, DOD contractors, and Family Members by providing education, training, and information to promote wellness and healthy lifestyles.
The OST typically includes a physical therapist, strength and conditioning specialist, psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, and team specialist to evaluate unit human performance factors. OSTs engage with unit members to improve resilience, and facilitate medical and mental health care when needed. The OST has rotational embedments with specified units using centralized data analytics to guide their interventions.
