Retiree Activities Office

The McClellan Park Satellite Retiree Activities Office (RAO) is now staffed by volunteers on Wednesdays and Thursdays 0900 - 1500 hours to assist military retirees and sponsored dependents.

Additionally, retirees and sponsored/annuitant spouses may email the McClellan RAO at raomcclellan@yahoo.com  or call them at (916) 640-8445/8446 to request help with an issue.

Volunteer staff at the McClellan and Beale AFB RAOs will see walk-ins fully vaccinated for COVID. In consideration of your health and safety and that of our volunteers, we request you wear a mask when you come in for assistance.

For retirees living in the Beale Air Force Base area, the Beale RAO provides walk-in services Tuesday through Thursday 09:30 to 15:00 hours.  Although walk-in visits are always welcome, recommend you call (530) 634-2157 to confirm appointment.  You may also email a request for assistance to bealerao@gmail.com, or call and leave a voicemail.

Please leave your name, retired rank, branch of service, dependent status and a brief description of the issue you need help with when emailing or voice mailing a request for assistance.

The mission of the Retiree Activities Office is to provide a continuous update of information helpful to the Air Force retirees who reside in our assigned area of responsibility. Further, to mobilize retirees and provide volunteer assistance to active-duty organizations that require such help. To also provide assistance to those retirees in need by staffing a Retire Activities Office with volunteer retirees who are capable of responding to questions posed by retirees and their dependents on a daily basis.

Retirees with questions regarding identification cards may call the RAO at (707) 424-3904. Retirees may use the Real Time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) Appointment Scheduler at https://rapids-appointments.dmdc.osd.mil/default.aspx or visit the Total Force Support Squadron website at www.travisfss.com  to use the EID Online system or call your RAO and a Volunteer Counselor will assist you with scheduling an ID appointment.
