The IRO collaboratively identifies and implements public health-informed and evidence-based prevention efforts to eliminate sexual assault, dating violence, domestic abuse, child abuse, harassment, and suicide. IROs are the OPR for the base Suicide Prevention Program, Community Climate Assessments and Comprehensive Integrated Primary Prevention (CIPP) Plan development.

The UNITE Program provides squadron leaders with the maximum flexibility to deliver programs that build cohesion for personnel within their unit through social and recreation events.
