Dental patients needed

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. – The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic at Travis Air Force Base, California, is seeking pediatric and adult patients recently diagnosed with a dental or oral surgery condition requiring treatment, including tooth extraction, to take part in the resident training program.   

Eligible applicants can be military retirees and family members, active-duty family members not enrolled in a TRICARE Dental Program or TRICARE patients who have reached their annual cap.

To volunteer, patients need a written consult from their dentist. 

Deliver referral to the General Dentistry Residency Program or Dental Oral Surgery Clinic at DGMC during business hours or fax referral to the OMFS clinic at 707-423-7304. Patients will be selected for treatment based on the training program needs. For more details, call 707-423-7085.
