Airshow offers Airmen discount

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- The 10th annual California Capitol Airshow will take place Oct. 3 through 4 at Mather Airport in Sacramento, California.

Gates are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with flying performances taking place from noon to 4 p.m. The show is scheduled to include the USAF Thunderbirds, Canadian forces Snowbirds and USN F-18 Super Hornet military jet demonstration teams as well as world-class aerobatics, pyrotechnics, barnstorming, over a century of aviation displays and endless entertainment, music, food and exhibits along the ramp.

Complimentary tickets are available to Travis Air Force Base, California, personnel through a promotion code. To use the code, visit www.californiacapitalairshow.com/buy-tickets/. Select "General Admission" (adult and/or youth) and enter promotion code TAILWINDS15 in the promotion code space located in the lower right hand corner of the check out screen at time of purchase. The code expires at midnight Oct. 2 and is limited to six tickets per family.
