VALLEJO, Calif. -- Airmen assigned to Travis Air Force Base, California, marched in the annual Independence Day Parade in Vallejo, July 4, 2017. Travis Air Force Base participated in the annual celebration, with residents cheering them along a 1.5-mile path through the city. Vallejo residents have a long history of military service, including many who have served at Travis or Mare Island Naval Shipyard, which dates back to 1854.
