DGMC launches redesigned annual preventive health assessments

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --

David Grant USAF Medical Center will be implementing a redesigned annual Preventive Health Assessment procedure for all active duty personnel assigned to Travis Air Force Base. The effort is part of an ongoing effort to improve processes at DGMC. The overall goal will be to provide one encounter for annual PHA, dental and occupational examination requirements.

During the initial stages of implementation, there could be some duplication of effort in achieving the end goal of aligning all annual PHA requirements into one encounter rather than multiple trips to the medical facility. DGMC staff asks for your patience and understanding of everyone involved as they move forward in better meeting your needs.
