Master Sgt. William Clark/349th Security Forces Squadron first sergeant

Senior NCO of the Year:
Senior Master Sgt. Steven West/349th Security Forces Squadron, 349th SFS/Operations superintendent

Noncommissioned Officer of the Year:
Tech. Sgt. Eric Nehls/349th Operations Group, intel craftsman (He was selected as a staff sergeant and was promoted during the year)

Airman of the Year:
Staff Sgt. Keola Baclayon/749th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron/avionics technician
(Sergeant Baclayon obviously was promoted during the year, was selected while still a Senior Amn)

Civilian of the Year: (This was a new category this year for first time):
Ms. Jill Johnson/349th Air Mobility Wing/commander's secretary
