The Outdoor Recreation facility is seeking drivers for its wintertime skiing program.
The facility, which recently decreased its hours in accordance with the change of the seasons, is hosting a meeting Nov. 19 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Outdoor Recreation for those interested in driving skiers to the slopes between December and March 2009.

For interested drivers, Outdoor Recreation will provide a lift pass and equipment rental (if necessary) for the day at the slopes.

In addition to ski trips, the facility's wintertime schedule also features hiking and snow shoeing. During the summertime, whitewater rafting trips are offered. The facility's indoor rock climbing wall is open year round.

Outdoor Recreation's wintertime hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. through 1 p.m. Saturday and closed Sundays.
Interested drivers must sign up before Nov. 18 for the hour-long meeting. For more information, call 424-5659.
