Question: What is the minimum age a family member child can be unattended? Is there a base policy?

Answer: According to the Travis Housing Brochure, paragraph 5.2., "children, age nine and younger, may not be left alone without adult supervision. Children ages 10 to 11 may be left home three hours (day time only) and must have access to an adult."

If you find violations to these policies and believe children are in danger, call the 60th Security Forces Squadron's Law Enforcement desk at 424-2800 immediately.
