Security Forces use LIDAR to catch speeders

Tech. Sgt. Jason Kornelis, 60th Security Forces Squadron Police Services, observes vehicle speeds using Light Detection and Ranging. In addition to having the ability to single out one vehicle from a group, LIDAR also measures vehicle speed from a greater distance at a faster rate than the traditional radar devices.
