Servicemembers from Travis Air Force Base, Calif. and REACH Helicopter personal airlift "victims" out of a simulated aircraft crash site. Team Travis members, along with the surrounding local communities, participated in Exercise "Aircraft Down" to test their ability to work together during a major crisis. The exercise, the largest exercise in the area since 1998, included more than 32 off-base agencies and 350 people. (Travis AFB, Calif., Released)
