"The C-141 was our ride to freedom," Colonel Brenneman said about his experience with the C-141 when he was a prisoner of war during the Vietnam War. More than 100 people gathered together for the dedication to hear historic stories told by several guest speakers about the famous C-141, The Golden Bear. Also pictured are 349th Air Mobility Wing Commander Brig. Gen. Thomas M. Gisler, Jr., 60th Air Mobility Wing Commander Col. Lyn Sherlock and former C-141 Flight Nurse Col. Regina Aune.
