Maj. Robert Sylvester assumes command of the 60th Communications Squadron by accepting the 60th CS guideon from Col. Steven Shea, 60th Mission Support Group commander, at the 60th CS change of command ceremony July 7. Prior to his arrival to Travis, Major Sylvester was a student at the United States Army Command and General Staff College.
