Holiday Toy Drive lands at Travis: Junior enlisted military families navigate through the annex of the First Street Chapel Tuesday afternoon searching for the perfect Christmas gift for their children. The annex was turned into a miniature Toyland courtesy of Operation Homefront, a national non-profit organization, and Dollar Tree stores for the 2013 Holiday Toy Drive program, distributing toys and gift cards to registered participants. This year marks the seventh annual joint campaign by Operation Homefront and Dollar Tree in a show of the Nation’s appreciation and to help support military families during the holiday season.
