Base firefighters battle blaze near flightline

Firefighters from the 60th Civil Engineer Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., scrambled to extinguish a grass fire near the base's flightline, August 10, 2015. Though no aircraft, buildings or people were in immediate danger, the fire eventually scorched more than 125 acres as it moved outside the base perimeter, where local fire crews responded. The cause of the fire is under investigation. (U.S. Air Force photo by Ken Wright)
