Tech. Sgt. Quintina Tatum, 60th Dental Squadron dental technician from Dallas, Texas, explains how personal, organizational and relationship barriers can provide challenges with intervening in difficult situations during a Green Dot training session at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., Sept. 6, 2016. Tatum, a former corrections officer, provided a class of 40 Airmen with several tools to overcome those barriers, often sharing stories from her time working in correctional facilities. Green Dot training is designed to provide Airmen with the tools to prevent power-based personal violence including sexual assault, domestic violence and bullying. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt.
