Jim Parvin, Travis Heritage Center docent, stands at the welcome desk Dec.15, 2017, at Travis Air Force Base, Calif. Parvin has been a docent here since 2013 where he provides tours throughout the Heritage Center. Parvin also volunteers as a crew chief on the C-7 Caribou, keeping it clean, maintained and making minor repairs as needed such as replacing the seal on the windows.
