Nelson Fire Response

Firefighters from Travis Air Force Base, Calif., work to prevent the spread of the Nelson Fire in Vacaville, Calif., Aug. 10. Travis dispatched 12 firefighters, two fire engines and one water tanker to support firefighting efforts. The fire scorched 2,162 acres before it was extinguished.
