U.S. Air Force personnel from the 21st Airlift Squadron and 60th Aerial Port Squadron unload a Transport Isolation System capsule from the cargo bay of a C-17 Globemaster III May 9, 2020, at Travis Air Force Base, California. Travis AFB has a C-17 loaded with a TIS capsule on alert status to ensure the aircraft is ready to launch at a moment’s notice.
