Travis AFB volunteer helps amid COVID, receives AF-level award

Rosemary Ingram, a volunteer with the Retiree Activities Office at Travis Air Force Base, California, receives the 2020 Air Force Volunteer of the Year Award from U.S. Air Force Col. Ryan Garlow, 60th Air Mobility Wing vice commander, Oct. 6, 2021, inside the Travis AFB headquarters building.
