Notice: Due changing mission requirements and workload, as of 28 February 2018, we will no longer be taking appointments for Official Studio portraits for individuals not physically assigned to Travis AFB, CA. or having an established support agreement in place.

This will include Army DA photos and Navy and Marine promotional photos.

Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Passport Photo Services
Photos for ISOPREP, gun cards, Blue Badge and government-funded passports are offered only during the following walk-in hours.
Monday 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. 
Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

No photos will be taken without an AF IMT 833 that is filled out and certified by your Unit Deployment Manager, or the Military Personnel Flight's passport office.

AF IMT 833 must be printed front-to-back. Only pages 1-2 of the form are necessary. For help with filling out the form, please call us.

Studio Photography
Studio photography is done only by appointment for commanders, first sergeants, quarterly and annual award winners at the group or wing level, special duty applicants and those authorized by Air Force Instructions, such as EO, JAG and Chapel staff.

Head and shoulder portraits are typically scheduled within one week of the request, but during peak periods, wait time is two weeks or longer, so please plan accordingly. Groups and wings submitting people for awards that require photos are responsible for scheduling appointments well enough in advance to meet deadlines. Turnaround time is 24 hours or less after photos have been taken.

No Show letters will be sent to first sergeants of anyone failing to keep appointments without calling in advance of their appointment. No Shows can only be rescheduled by unit first sergeants.

You are solely responsible for your dress and appearance. Photos will not be retaken of those who fall below standards or fail to wear the required uniform or decorations and badges.
Please verify these requirements prior to making an appointment. We strongly encourage you to seek the opinion of your supervisor or first sergeant if you have any doubts about the appearance of your uniform well in advance of your appointment.
