Vacaville store Off-Limits to Travis Airmen

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --  It has come to my attention that the Empire Smoke Shop, 179 Elmira Road
Vacaville, CA 95687 is selling the substance known as "Spice". I am concerned that allowing military personnel to use this establishment will threaten our readiness and ability to conduct the mission entrusted to us. Therefore, in keeping with Air Mobility Command's General Order prohibiting the use of intoxicating substances other than alcohol, caffeine or tobacco, I hereby place the Empire Smoke Shop OFF-LIMITS to all Travis Air Force Base military personnel, until further notice.

No member may frequent, use or purchase goods in or from this store. Failure to obey the prohibition of this directive constitutes a violation of Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), and may result in disciplinary action under the UCMJ. It may also result in administrative action, including loss of security clearance, demotion, or even discharge from the United States Air Force.
