Senior Master Sgt. Rhonda F. Rooney was selected as a participant for the Military Reserve Exchange Program. She went through an initial vetting process and applied through the Reserve School Selection Board. Rooney plans to exchange experiences with her Royal Auxiliary Air Force counterpart during the MREP program.
