Travis AFB Public Affairs
The 60th Air Mobility Wing Public Affairs Office is excited to announce the launch of the new Public Affairs Productivity Portal (P3). This portal will serve as the centralized hub for submitting all requests for public affairs support.
To receive public affairs support, members will need to access the Travis AFB Public Affairs Productivity Portal (P3) and submit a request using the following steps:
- Visit the customer portal: https://safpa.appianportalsgov.com/request/page/request
- Click the Public Affairs photo hyperlink on the far left, or select "New Request" from the Public Affairs dropdown menu in the top banner.
- Follow the step-by-step prompts to complete and submit your request. You will be prompted to enter your email address and create an account. Please make sure you enter your email in all lowercase.

Studio Photography
Public Affairs will provide studio photography support for:
- General officer
portraits
- Command display photos
- Authorized for
commanders from squadron up to wing level in unit hierarchy as well as
deputy commanders, director of operations, command chiefs and first
sergeants.
- Prominent support
agencies (IG, SARC, Area Defense Counsel, Equal Opportunity, etc.)
- Application for special
duty package (must provide written proof of requirement)
- Application for special
programs or specialized units (must provide written proof of requirement)
- Award photos (Group
level and above)
- Support for official
passports (as required)
- Any request for
photographic studio support not listed above but specifically approved by
the wing commander.
Each studio customer is responsible for preparing their
uniform and ensuring compliance with AFI 36-2903.
Public Affairs has the right to cancel appointments that are
not in accordance with the AFI 35-101 Section 7.14.1
