The mission of David Grant USAF Medical Center's Allergy/Immunology Clinic is to provide our beneficiaries with the most advanced and comprehensive care available for allergies, asthma, and other allergic and immunologic disorders.

Our staff consists of the following:

 - One Board Certified Allergist/Immunologist
 - One Allergy Certified License Vocational Nurse and one Allergy Certified RN
 - Three Allergy/Immunology Technicians
 - One Administrative Coordinator

NEW PATIENT REFERRAL INFORMATION

Who We See:  We are currently only able to accommodate active duty military and their family members. Active Duty members are given priority with dependents seen on a space available basis.

General Administrative Information:  Patients are seen by referral only. Your provider will enter your referral and the Referral Management Center will contact you to schedule the initial appointment.

Patient Instructions:  Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please refrain from taking any antihistamine medication for at least 5 days prior to new patient appointment date.
