  • LF006 - Landfill #1

    Landfill #1 is a former municipal landfill located in the northeastern part of the base.  The 17-acre site operated as a trench and burn landfill from 1942 until the mid-1950s when the area was covered with soil and compacted.  The landfill received general refuse and some industrial waste.
