WE SUPPORT ONLY PERSONNEL CURRENTLY STATIONED AT TRAVIS AFB OR ATTACHED TO UNITS THAT HAVE A CURRENT SUPPORT AGREEMENT WITH 60 AMW PUBLIC AFFAIRS.
 
 

Studio Photography
 

Official Head & Shoulder portraits:  Monday 0900 -1100 and 1300 -1600, and Tuesday 0900-11:00.

Full-Length portraits:  Tuesdays 1300 -1600


Studio photography is by appointment only and available for official portraits only as required by Official guidance (AFI 35-109, VISUAL INFORMATION or AFI Reference for your specific career field requirements). This applies to all studio photography to include: Chain of Command Portrait (provided for leadership at the squadron-level and above, Commander, deputy/vice Commander, senior enlisted leader, and first sergeant), quarterly and annual award winners at the group-level and above, Retirement Portrait, as well as application portraits for special duty assignments and citizenship applications.

Personnel must provide the required Award or Special Duty Package requirements, such as photograph size, pose, digital only or number of prints, etc., and notify the photographer of the requirements prior to the appointment time.

Photos will not be modified or edited beyond the necessary cropping and minor lighting adjustments in accordance with DoDI 5040.5, Alteration of Official DoD Imagery, and DoDI 5040.02, Visual Information.
 

Studio Scheduling
 

Note: There will be no appointment availability from 19 January through 23 February due to the Studio being reserved for the scheduling of 4th Quarter and Annual Awards portraits
 

The Public Affairs Office holds to a set schedule for all official photos, and does not deviate from that schedule without the approval of PA leadership.
Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same day appointments are not permitted unless reviewed and approved by PA leadership.

PA also reserves the right to turn away personnel whose uniforms do not meet standards per AFI 36-2903, Dress and Personal Appearance of Air Force Personnel (i.e. soiled, too small, too baggy, or wrinkled). Such occurrences will be referred to the member’s first sergeant.

Scheduling for Official Studio Portraits is to be accomplished on-line at the link below, only open dates & times will show as available on the site.. When scheduling an appointment you must also download and complete the AF Form 833 – Studio Scheduling form and email it to: 60amw.pa.multimediaservices@us.af.mil, appointments scheduled without the accompanying AF Form 833 being received will be cancelled.
Please arrive on time, if you are over 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled, your First Sargent will be notified of a missed appointment and you will have to reschedule.

Your appointment will not be officially scheduled until you have received conformation via return email after the receipt and review of your completed AF Form 833.

 

Passports, Visa & ISOPREP photos
 

Are accomplished on a walk-in basis on Wednesdays, 0900 - 1100 and 1300 - 1600

This service is provided for military, dependents and DoD civilian personnel traveling on government orders requiring a "no-fee" government passport. An AF Form 833 (MULTIMEDIA WORK ORDER) must be initiated by MPF outbound assignments or unit mobility office personnel.

Attire required for passport photos: Males will wear a civilian-style collared shirt or business attire and females will wear a conservative blouse or business attire, cannot be white in color (extra shirts are available on-site). No tank-tops or t-shirts are permitted. Children may wear attire without a collar.
