David Grant USAF Medical Center - Occupational Therapy Clinic

 DGMC's Occupational Therapy Clinic is comprised of dedicated and compassionate professionals who specialize in upper extremity rehabilitation.

Our outpatient clinical staff consists of the following:

· Two Registered Occupational Therapists
· Two Physical Medicine Technicians

This team of specialists provides state-of-the-art care to our patients. We offer a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient services for patients at Travis Air Force Base and its beneficiaries.

· Total hip and knee joint replacement pre-operative assistive device training

New Patient Referral Information:

Who We See: We are pleased to accept patients of any age.  Due to our support for worldwide military operations, our new patient openings may be limited. We accept active duty patients and TRICARE Prime patients, as well as TRICARE for Life on a space-available basis.

Direct Access: Active Duty members who have sustained a musculoskeletal injury in the last 2 weeks, can call the CAD at 423-3000 and ask to see Occupational Therapy without a PCM referral (some restrictions apply)

What Clinical Info We Need: For referrals to Occupational Therapy, we request that a consult be entered by the referring physician with a detailed diagnosis and requested services.

Location: First floor (Occupational Therapy Clinic is located in the Musculoskeletal Clinic across from Pediatrics)

Patient Instructions: Please arrive 15 minutes early and wear appropriate clothing
