David Grant USAF Medical Center - Orthopedic and Podiatry Clinics

DGMC's Orthopedic and Podiatry Clinics are comprised of dedicated and compassionate professionals who specialize in the comprehensive care of patients with bone and joint disorders of the extremities. Our staff consists of the following:

 - Five General Orthopedic Surgeons
 - One Active Duty and One Reserve Hand Surgeon
 - Two Podiatrists
 - Four Orthopedic Physicians
 - 15 Orthopedic Technicians
 - Three Administrative support personnel

Our Services
· Arthroscopic surgery
· Partial and total joint replacement
· Hand and Foot Surgeries
· Non-surgical treatments to include joint injections
· Emergency treatment of injuries
· Fracture management


NEW PATIENT REFERRAL INFORMATION

Who We See: We see patients from pediatric to geriatric. We accept active duty patients and TRICARE Prime patients, as well as TRICARE for Life on a space-available basis.

What Clinical Info We Need: For routine referrals to Orthopedics, Podiatry and Hand Surgery, we request that a consult be entered, and x-rays MRI and other diagnostic studies obtained prior to visit as required.

Patient Instructions: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment unless you need new x-rays, then please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to appointment time.

General Administrative Information: Consults are reviewed by a Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Podiatrist prior to an appointment being made. For consults that need to be seen within one week, please call the on-call Orthopedic team.
